Version 0.8.0 adds a production MCP Relay so local AI apps can ask Stellaris Companion for campaign context without scraping the UI or touching save files directly.

• Claude Desktop, Codex, and other MCP clients can read Advisor and campaign context.

Standard quota now goes further

Advisor chat can route through Gemini Flash-Lite when the standard quota profile is selected, making the app more practical for users on the Gemini free tier.

• New quota-aware routing chooses the right Gemini model for the selected profile.

The app now follows the language you play in

The multilingual work in 0.8.0 covers app labels, generated Advisor responses, and Chronicle output, with language-aware memory so campaign context stays coherent.

• Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
• Advisor and Chronicle prompts receive explicit language policy.
• Language-specific Advisor and Chronicle caches are kept separate.

The release also tightens the settings experience and updates strategic guidance for current Stellaris 4.3 mechanics.
